ReplyDeleteWell. The employees have lost their drive. Most of the employees used to believe in the history of this company. This created a respect for the company which made us feel part of a something important. Now the respect has been lost because of how this whole deal went down. They basically mislead the employees to believe one direction and now it has changed. Most employees are just sitting around waiting to see what is going to happen. They are looking to outsource everything now. What do people thing will be the future?
